Update-2022-5-19: SCP-1903-EX currently resides in the Asylum Centre.1 All of SCP-1903-EX's prior connections to the Serpent's Hand are to be found and terminated. Staff is to offer SCP-1903-EX lifestyle improvements in exchange for information. A request to remove the -EX designation and reclassify as Euclid is pending.
Update-2022-6-3: SCP-1903-EX is contained in Lunar Area 32. A special unit of psychiatrists is assigned to SCP-1903-EX. All Foundation-approved interrogation methods are permitted.
Information about SCP-1903-EX is limited to a need-to-know basis on Lunar Area 32 to delay an attack on the moon by the Serpent's Hand.

Internal Investigations Report
1903-2022-A1903-2022-A.1: History of SCP-1903-EX
SCP-1903-EX was initially recovered by Agent Christopher Easton2 during an interception of Serpent's Hand agents in June of 2018. At that time, SCP-1903-EX was listed on a manifest of objects which were of interest to Serpent's Hand operatives in the area of Durban, South Africa. A brief and partial description of the anomaly is included below:Upon recovery, Agent Easton provided a debrief of several of the anomalous objects recovered, describing the dog as a decoy. Easton further explained that SCP-1903-EX is a normal, non-anomalous canine which he utilized as bait in his capacity as an embedded agent to connect with Serpent's Hand operatives. Easton selected the dog to represent a known object of interest to the Serpent's Hand, which had recently escaped from their custody. The object is described in their documents as such:

The Familiar is a shapeshifter and seer into the future, the most recent of a lineage of shapeshifters of its kind. While they may take the forms of many animals, they are prohibited by the old codes from taking the form of humans. Should they do so, their next change shall be their last, stripping them of their gifts forever.
SCP-1903-EX was remanded to a veterinary medicine unit at Site-EX. Agent Easton filed a request to take possession of SCP-1903-EX as he has formed a familial bond with the dog.
1903-2022-A.2: Prior to Incident In May of 2022, subsequent to several thefts of anomalous objects by Serpent's Hand agents at Lunar Area 32, the External Affairs department authorized a misinformation campaign, utilizing SCP-1903-EX as a target. An altered version of the above containment file was leaked to known Serpent's hand infiltrators in the Foundation noting that the Foundation is utilizing the (non-existent) abilities of SCP-1903-EX to its benefit, in an attempt to provoke another theft attempt. Access to the containment file was monitored by the External Affairs Division while SCP-1903-EX was transferred to Lunar Area 32 via SCP-120].
The external affairs department noted at this time that a memorandum in protest of this action was filed by Agent Easton.
1903-2022-A.3: Report of Incident 1903-1 Embedded operatives indicated to Covert Operation staff that the Serpent's Hand had initiated a plan to recover several anomalous objects from Lunar Area 32 including SCP-1903-EX.
At 0500 on June 2, 2022, Foundation Agents were alerted to a security breach in the 8A wing of Lunar Area 32. Security personnel were dispatched to intercept, and encountered multiple members of the Serpent's hand. After exchanging gunfire, the remaining two enemy operatives barricaded themselves inside an office in Hallway 8. At this time they had secured three objects including SCP-1903-EX. An altercation ensued in Hallway 8, during which the combatants attempted to negotiate an escape using SCP-1903-EX as a hostage.

Serpent's Hand Operative 01: We'll shoot her. Stop or we'll shoot her.
SCP-1903-EX, restrained by the collar by Operative 02, whines loudly.
Lt. A. Brown, Foundation Security, Lunar Are 32: The dog?
SH01: You know what this creature can do. You know the gifts it has. You use her just as you wish us not to.
Brown: You're not going anywhere. Be reasonable, and put down—
SH02: You won't risk one of your tools of darkness to be harmed. Let us leave.
SH01: And come after us later. Like you know you will.
Brown: We all know you're not going to shoot the dog. You need her powers as much as we do.
SCP-1903-EX whines again.SH01: We will. We would rather she die here than be enslaved again.
Brown: You're a regular animal activist, aren't you? Look, you're surrounded, outgunned, and you're not going to shoot the dog. We both know what you've been doing to her. (pause) It's all she's good for.
SCP-1903-EX growls. SH01 kneels down to stare eye-to-eye with SCP-1903-EX.
SH01: Tell us what we want to know to escape. We know you know the answer. Time is short.
SCP-1903-EX growls. Security officers utilize the distraction to clear space between themselves and SH01 and SH02.
SH01: Don't you see this is the only way?
SCP-1903-EX struggles against SH02. Foundation operatives begin to rush the Serpent's Hand operatives from a different direction.
SH01: Very well. You are now free. (SH01 places the barrel of the gun to the head of SCP-1903-EX.)
SCP-1903-EX transforms instantly into an adult female who, taking SH01 by surprise, seizes the weapon.
SCP-1903-EX: Not yet, I'm not.
SCP-1903-EX kills both SH01 and SH02. Via radio, the Lunar Area 32 site director orders the recontainment of SCP-1903-EX and the preparation of a Type-14 interrogation cell.
SCP-1903-EX: No. You'll not have me either. I am done being chased.
SCP-1903-EX resumes a canine form and is apprehended by security personnel.
1903-2022-A.4: Examination of subject SCP-1903-EX
A full examination of SCP-1903-EX indicates that any anomalous activity has ceased and the subject is now a non-anomalous canine approximately 5 years old.1903-2022-A.5: Debrief of Agent Easton
Following the incident, Agent Easton was taken into custody by the Internal Investigations Department for breach of containment protocol and reporting requirements. The following interview is considered relevant to this report.-

Randolph Carlisle, Internal Investigations Department (Site-81): What was the nature of your arrangement with SCP-1903-EX?
Christopher Easton, Foundation Agent (Site-17): I encountered her at a Serpent's Hand stronghold. She talked me telepathically and offered to help me if I was willing to help her.
RC: In what way?
CE: She could see the future. She offered to help the Foundation by warning me of danger dangers that Ior other Agents I encounteredmight face. She sometimes saw information about containment breaches and I passed that information along as well. She kept me safe. For four years, she kept a little piece of the Foundation safe.
RC: And in return?
CE: I promised that when my assignemt was over, I would say she was a normal dog, and she'd be free. I know that's against protocols. But…But the welfare of the Foundation was worth it. And…
RC: And?
CE: And she saved me. More than once. I owed it to her.
Conclusions of Internal Investigations, 6-8-2022
Foundation internal investigations completed their report on 6-8-2022. Intervention by the Ethics Committee, a reccomendation by ███████████████ and an exemplary Foundation Record contribute to what this Department considers a lapse of judgment carried out with the purpose of protecting Foundation assets. Agent Easton was allowed to end his employment with the Foundation with no further discipline. Agent Easton and SCP-1903-EX are to be monitored for the recurrence of anomalous activity.
